synopsis

Olmsted, Olmsted & Eliot, after initial consultation by Eliot, were hired to prepare a preliminary plan for Buttonwood Park. Eliot had raised questions about the sufficiency of the water flow for the pond. It appears from its current configuration that unlike the proposal in the Preliminary Plan no effort was made to expand it.
