The Olmsted Brothers designed the grounds of Stuart Duncan’s 12-acre estate in 1911-12. The plan for the property included two separate drives that would meet at a central forecourt (plan 05432-67-sh1). The planting plan included approximately 140 different plants and trees, inclusive of Swiss Mountain Pine trees, Tamarisk leaved Juniper trees, and Blue Cedars.
