Description
Yosemite Valley from Artist Point is inspiring in any season. F.L. Olmsted and his family first visited the valley in August 1864. The family camped for three weeks across from Yosemite falls. The final week, accompanied by twelve-year-old John C. Olmsted, he explored the High Sierra, riding through Toulomne Meadows to the mountains to the east. {Spatial Organization - Vista - Topography - Vegetation}
